Very deep dark color. Not an ounce of light goes through it. Sweet milk smell. .8 Sweet milk attack. .8 Then more stout like flavors add up. We have discreet stone fruit notes and roasted notes. .8 The aftertaste has more roasted malt notes but is still quite gentle and sweet. .8 Overall a very gentle beer. It’s not very expressive but it’s ok. .7

Hazy robe. Low carbonated. Interesting smell. It’s herbaceous and woody. .9 Fruity attack. Resinous notes too. .9 Then some citrus appear, mainly lemon. .9 The aftertaste offers a resinous perspective, and is pretty good! We have some cereal and a bit of banana notes too! .9 Overall a nice white ipa! Good citrus and resinous notes, good cereal notes… a nice in between a white beer and an IPA! .9

Yellowish color. Medium high carbonated. Tart smell, grape notes. I like it! .9 The attack has nice fruity notes with grape aromas. .9 Then we have a little saltiness. Along with white wine like notes. .9 Lemonade like aftertaste. We still have some fruity white grape notes. .9 Overall a very nice and fruity Gose. It’s very white wine like. I really enjoyed it a lot!! .9

Medium carbonation. Very clear for a hazy. The smell has flowery notes. .8 Pine and citrus attack. .9 Then some honey and flower notes add up. Nice! .9 The aftertaste has a gentle bitterness, and a little sweetness. It’s very gentle for a dipa!! .9 Overall it’s a very gentle dipa despite the 8%. Nice notes and enjoyable! .8
