Honey and herbal smell. Nice honey notes with floral fragrances too! We have nice herbaceous notes as well! That’s a great blond, exactly like I like them!

Nutty smell with milky notes. .8 Chocolate milk attack. .8 The attack is quickly followed by peanut notes. .9 The aftertaste has chocolate, a bit of coffee and peanut notes. .9 That’s a simple stout but it is very good! It’s well balanced and complex enough for a 4.4% beer. .8

Amazing smell. We have a lot of spices flavors that are very well balanced. Nutmeg, cinnamon, pumpkin. Truly a great smell. 1 Nice pumpkin attack with spices. .9 Then the flavors develop even more with malty flavors too. .9 The aftertaste is amazing too with very powerful yet balanced flavors. We have a very perfumed combination of pumpkin, spice (nutmeg, cinnamon) and brown sugar. 1 Overall that’s a great beer that perfectly imitates a pumpkin pie. 1

Very low carbonation, almost no bubbles. Good looking clear robe. No head. The smell is tangy, and has very discrete grapefruit notes. Interesting smell! .9 Nice piney attack! .8 Then we have piney and resinous aromas along with a gentle grapefruit dimension that develops in the aftertaste. .9 The grapefruit indeed develops its notes further in the aftertaste and also adds a nice sweet perspective. That’s nice! .9 Overall a beautiful beer that keeps its promises! It’s indeed a nice mix between the west and east cost styles! Still watching France-England rugby match hopefully the second half will look better for us Frenchies. .9
