Beer #5 of my gift box. Displays semilucid straw. Paler than I expected. The well-behaving carbonation unlocks a clean white, airy head that exceeds two fingers. The foamy cap is long sustained. Waffle, lemon pulp, grapefruit pith and pale malt. Those components I can identify in the air albeit fairly modest, all of them. The citrusy sector grows considerably on the tongue: it's more or less entirely lemon. Pulp and pith. But no grapefruit this time. Instead, I can spot faint lime and a drop of orange zest. Wheat malt and waffle in the maltbase. The body is light. The citrusy finish doesn't bring any change to the gustatory profile. The mouthfeel is light, zesty, somewhat pulpy and refreshing. It also feels quite effervescent despite the level of carbonation. Easy. Belgiany? Not really.
