Opaque black beer. The carbonation is introverted as it creates a silky chocolatey lacing that retreats quickly to the sides.
Cacao nibs is the dominant olfactory parameter here. Raw chocolate and roasted malt accompany. As if a dash of cinnamon also hovered in the air.
Roasted malt merges frictionlessly with raw cacao powder and raw chocolate in the mouth. Perhaps distant cookie can be identified, as well, but no cinnamon in the taste.
The body is light. The end is raw chocolatey, with raw cacao powder and a bit of roasted malt.
The mouthfeel is light, roasty, slightly dry, marginally drying but also lip-glueing.

Easy, hoppy, fruity. This beer does not feel like 5 ABV.
