How about a Belgian Tripel with 0.5 %? Sounds perverted. Displays translucent copper. A tad shy carbonation crafts a creamy head that falls short of one finger. Not long-lasting though. Soon a hair-thin lace ring wafts on the surface. Caramel, toffee, medium-sweet malt, biscuit and a tweak of bubblegum constitute the olfactory segment. It's an attractive, candy-like fragrance. Toffee dominates with a moderate bitter tang. Caramel, amber malt, a bit of sweet waffle, maybe even marginal raisin. That's pretty much the entire flavor cocktail. The body? Light or light plus but not really light-medium. Ends narrower, not all the components remain at this stage but the tail is still decent. The mouthfeel is light, astonishingly Belgiany, velvety, smooth, lip-glueing. Even a bit of deepness. Maybe... Anyway, this is a lovely brew!
