O.H.S.O. came to be when the three of us—Pat, Brian, and Jon—joined forces, blending our talents and shared passions. Pat had a background in the music business. Brian had years of experience in bar and restaurant management with a proven track record, creating owning and operating numerous successful bars, restaurants, and clubs. Our paths all converged while working at one of those establishments. Jon began as a door guy and quickly advanced, transitioning into roles as a bartender and manager until finally joining Brian in overseeing operations. Similarly, Pat made his mark as a sound guy, showcasing his talent for creating an exceptional atmosphere and booking bands while also being a musician. Driven by our shared joy of uniting people through food, drinks, and experiences, we knew we wanted to go beyond simply serving drinks. We aimed to create them and wanted our guests to be part of that magic too.
