Still rating beers a the last minute for the 34th SOTS Reunion competition. A pilsner that is totally opaque in light yellow haze. A tart lemon that has a sweet-tart characteristic. Corn malt takes a back seat in the flavor profile. Never really had a pilsner quite like this. Light bitterness in the finish that gives it a Czech style and a bit of lime. I actually like this, unusual and seems a bit like a Mexican lager.
