Biere ebc petit. Belle mousse onctueuse. Cognac flavor je veux bien mais pas trop présent... Petite sucrosité,peut etre un petit arrière goût de pomme. En gros bonne bière mais pas comme annoncée

Liquoreux, terreux, légèrement fumé, torréfaction présente mais pas dominante tout comme l'amertume. Intéressante mais sans comparaison à une whisky barrel aged
