Bit flat for my liking. Nice roasted malt aroma and taste with a subtle fruitiness mixed in. Expected maltiness thrown in. Subtle bitterness to finish, as expected again. Obviously, it is still a good session ale that's totally quaffable.

Version II of Volume II. The first one didn't even touch the sides. Nice fruity aroma, fruity taste with a nice floral hoppiness mixed in, and subtle sweetness to finish. An enjoyable drink and a good session ale that's easy to drink.

Decent drink with a nice citrusy aroma, a citrusy taste with a nice hoppiness mixed in, and a subtle malt taste throughout. A slightly piney hoppy note leads to a subtle bitterness to finish. An enjoyable drink and a good session ale. I thought it was a hazy one, but the barrel had just gone, so I had the last one; still, it was drinkable.

Finally got to try a new one. A decent drink with a nice floral, hoppy aroma. It has a hoppy taste with pleasant tropical fruitiness mixed in, and a citrus fruit tang that leads to a nice bitter finish, all underpinned by subtle maltiness. Smooth and easy to drink in a session.

A decent drink with a pleasant citrusy aroma. It has a citrus fruit taste with a balanced hoppiness. Subtle grapefruit notes appear on the finish, making it enjoyable. There is a slight bitter aftertaste. Smooth and easy-drinking, this session ale is totally quaffable.
