Mildly bitter with a slightly dank tone and grapefeuit peel notes. A bit of a piney hue comes in on the backend through the aftertaste.

Wonderful, full tropical aroma. Thin, quick dissipating foam top. Good bitterness. Simcoe hops shine here with a strong piney presentation. White grape and citrus peel highlights round it out. Fantastic beer. Cheers 🍻
