Homebrew #5. Deep, dark brown to black beer. Rum barrel nuances with an oaky slam emanate to my nostrils, raw cacao powder and a sigh of hazelnut follow on its footsteps. The taste gives penetrative rum barrel, raw cacao powder and an alcoholic punch. The mouthfeel is full, somewhat drier than Split 1.5, deep, slightly alcoholic and moderately sharp. Big beer, as well, but too overwhelming. Balance is lost. Forgot to take a pic of this one, as well. What's wrong with me? 🤦🏼‍♂️

Homebrew #4. Jet black beer. Intensive roasted almond, vanilla and chocolate in the scent. Lovely dark chocolate, roasted almond, vanilla and faint licorice in the gustatory profile. Full body, what else – just look at the monstrous ABV! The mouthfeel is sticky, full, deep, rich and warming. Insane. Dangerous. Fully professional, beats almost all commercial beers here. Forgot to take a pic of the glass... 🤦🏼‍♂️

Homebrew #4. Foggy, deep yellow beer. Damn powerful carbonation. Ridiculous head. Grapefruit, pineapple, mango in the fragrance. Moderate though. The gustatory offer includes pineapple ice cream, sweet lemonade, mango slush, milkshake, a bit of cantaloupe maybe. Lactose? Relatively full body. The mouthfeel is full, creamy, velvety, smooth, milkshakey, tropical, balanced and clean. Very New-England-ish. Awesome!!! 💛💛💛
