An American-style double IPA paired with classic Citra Mosaic. No surprises. A consistently good product. Pine-citrusy, melted candy-like aromas and a powerful bitterness.

Терпкий эль, но... При всех плюсах одного из моих любимых сортов, я не припомню ощущение крупы во рту, увы, в этом бокале есть что покатать в разных смыслах. В целом гуд, ровный вкусо-ароматический орехово-бисквитный профиль с травянистостью классических островных хмелей, да и глаз радуется янтарно-рыжему раствору под белой микропузырчатой шапочкой и вензелями на стенках бокала. НО, это послевкусие крупы... второй раз не возьму. A tart ale, but... For all the positive aspects of one of my favorite beer styles, I don't recall a grainy mouthfeel; unfortunately, there's plenty to sip in this glass. Overall, it's good, with a smooth, aromatic, nutty, biscuit-like flavor profile and the herbaceous notes of classic island hops. And the amber-red liquid beneath the white microbubbly cap and the rim of the glass is a feast for the eyes. BUT, that grainy aftertaste... I won't be drinking it again.

Приятно. Густой эль. Смолисто-тропический, чуть мелово, данково, хорошо пьётся. Эта пивоварня имеет свой стиль, после отогревания приходят типичные для этих парней ощущения подтаявшего крем брюле в паре с хоп бёрном, при этом базовая линия не нарушается, а как бы расширяется. Мне такое по нраву. Nice. A thick ale. Resinous and tropical, a little chalky, dank, and drinks well. This brewery has its own style; after warming up, you get the typical melted crème brûlée-paired-with-hop-burn sensations typical of these guys, but the baseline isn't disrupted, rather expanded. I like that kind of thing.

Горький IPL со смолисто-креозольным профилем. Любопытно. A bitter IPL with a resinous-cresol profile. Interesting.

Травянисто-сосново, с лёгкой цветочностью. Сушит отлично! Горько, сухо, вкусно. Это хороший эль. Herbal and pine-like, with a slight floral note. It dries perfectly! Bitter, dry, and delicious. This is a good ale.

Бомба! Травянисто-виноградный лейтмотиф с конфетной сластинкой в аромате. Интересный хоп бёрн, язык немеет, горечь через нёбо поднимается в полость носа и выше, быстрый реактивный отёк слизистой оболочки носа и чихание. Я раз 40 чихнул, аж голова закружилась. Суммарно - мне понравилось. Bombshell! A herbaceous, grapey leitmotif with a candy-like sweetness in the aroma. An interesting hop burn, the tongue goes numb, the bitterness rises through the palate into the nasal cavity and beyond, a rapid, reactive swelling of the nasal mucosa and sneezing. I sneezed about 40 times, it made my head spin. Overall, I liked it.

Горько и очень горько. Как пожевать сосновую ветку, молодую, не ниже 3ей от верхушки. Хвоя жжётся и кусается... Тут бы надо описывать эволюцию на реуепторах, но, по ходу, это пиво отправляет меня спать. Bitter, very bitter. Like chewing a pine branch, a young one, no lower than three from the top. The needles sting and bite... I should be describing the evolution of the receptor system here, but apparently this beer is sending me to sleep.

Приятный эль, сухо и горько. Тропическая хвоя с кондитерски-ягодными отголосками, пробуждающимися при отогревании. A pleasant ale, dry and bitter. Tropical pine with hints of confectionery-berries that awaken as it warms.
