Nice head, medium carbonation.
Resinous, hop forward smell. .8
Resinous and citrusy attack. .9
Floral and citrus notes then develop, still with a resinous background. A gentle sweetness appears too. .9
The aftertaste offers a gentle bitterness, and continues with the resinous dimension and the gentle sweetness. Clean and dry finish. .9
Overall, a nice west coast ipa with a resinous character, a nice body from the 8% (even if we don’t taste the alcohol), and a little sweetness. It keeps the promises written on the can…nice! .9

Very nice Gose! We have nice herbaceous notes of rosemary and coriander. We also have orange peel notes and cranberry! Everything adds up nicely and is accompanied by a gentle salty dimension. Overall a quite complex and balanced beer, and refreshing too!

Pretty good! It's refreshing, and has a low alcohol percentage. Perfect to get well from a difficult new year's eve hangover! It has nice hoppy flavours, mostly citrus. Great beer!

Dark reddish color. Medium carbonatation.
The smell is very malt forward with cereal hints. .9
Cereal attack. .9
The middle taste continues with fresh cereal notes. We have wet cereal tastes. .8
The aftertaste is also very malt forward and has beautiful fresh mint notes. .9
The mint hints that are there but are not too overwhelming really offer a fresh frosty dimension that gives a winter perspective. ❄️
This beer also gives nice cereal notes. Overall it's a very balanced beer, and it's amazing to drink it in the cold West Virginia winter! .9

Very good light-drinking, malty ale! Would be ideal for winter or fall camping trips. As a malt kinda guy, this beer is good, but not great. Easy drinking, above average taste. Just nothing special. Cheers!

Not a Big Timber fan, but their Porter is really good. Notes of chocolate and coffee. Relatively dry as most porters are, but has a refreshing quality about it.
