Very easy to drink. Doesn’t linger. Nice balance.

500ml clear glass, crown cap; pours a soft clear brilliant medium golden, some sediment (lees) in the bottle, petillant, white head when pouring, slowly disappearing; on the nose fruity and juicy pears, notes of sweet forest strawberries and zippy lemons; in the mouth refreshing lemon acidity, which is soft and gentle, oodles of ripe and rich pear character which balances the sharpness of the acidity rather well, whilst also shining a spotlight on it, flavour is layered and smooth, whilst proving enough bite to not appear too fragile or lost; the body is medium and satisfying, the finish is longer and leads to a pleasing aftertaste which combines notes of honey, pears, strawberries and enough acidity to not be too sweet; overall, clean and complex, yet elegant and smooth, it is unmistakable Bushel+Peck, and well, it is one of my go-to perries, so buy it and see for yourself
