Clear. Not a very bold scent: juniper is obvious, and the grainy side. Quite an inviting taste though not a winner this time. Banana, bun, melon, a tad juniper. Somewhat characterless. Pity, she has won the contest in one of the earlier years.

Last year's winner 🏆 Limpid, dark orange. An astonishing fragrant: sweet, perfumy, toffee, caramel, malt. Wow! The taste follows suit. Beautiful. Sweet and toffeeish. Jesus! Soft, smooth, characterful, balanced, full and velvety. Best so far!

A daughter's sahti. Last year's winner. Light brown. Light banana in the scent. The taste doesn't really impress me now. I would be surprised to see this in the finals. Pity. (I failed my analysis: this won.)

Father's creation. Not in the competition. Rye-ish. Sweet. The taste is sweet banana-dominated. Lip-glueing. Appealing. Can't make a difference with the previous one.

Standard scent. Banana. Easy taste. Banana is apparent. Biscuit. Not as full as some others.

A bit cloudy appearance. Moderate sweet-forward scent. Nice balanced taste, sweet malty, a bit of caramel. Lip-glueing and medium-full. #2 in the contest.
