And one more homebrew. This is Kvass. This is getting interesting!! Looks light-brown, very turbid. A sourish fragrance. Yeasty. Lemon peel and pith? A unique taste, not necessarily my favorite. Yeast, wheat, toast, lemon zest and pith. Light, messy, strange. What?? How to even rate this?
My picture shooting really sucks tonight...

And another one. Brewed with Finnish farmhouse hops, don't know in more detail though. Almost lucid straw. Nose: bread, graham cracker, grain, a hint of lemon. My tastebuds receive lemon zest and pith, bread, wheat. Feels thin, refreshing, zesty and pithy.

This is different! Not in the contest because the brewer likes untraditional flavors. Turbid. Powerful juniper twig and berry in the air. Tastes similar. Lip-glueing, tangy, dry and drying. Unusual.

Just kidding, the previous one wasn't the last one. This is. Sahti #2 from Jyväskylä. I didn't know that this one exists. Lovely. Floury scent. Floury again the taste. Rye. Crackery.

Made by the Sahti scientist Mika Laitinen. He has authored "Viking Age Brew".
Hazy, yellow beer. White head, exceeds one finger easily. Refreshing scent, birch leave is evident. Wow! The taste is nice with birch leaves and pale malt. Refreshing for sure. I could gulp this in volumes.

Very good standard Sahti. Nothing off-putting here. Distantly tart though but fairly palatable. The yeast is a Latvian farmhouse yeast. Interesting. Nothing wrong here.
