First day of holiday in Italy. Asked for the American brown ale as it was only lunch and I was driving. Got delivered the imperial stout instead 😂 Think and easy drinking, quite refreshing drank ice cold. Big coffee hit, astringent roast malt and liquorice. Chocolate sweetness comes through eventually and a bitter finish.
