Good strong IPA. Full of flavour and quite strong. A bit pricey but worth it. Golden hues and not cloudy.

Oh my... the scent coming off this copper tripel has me intrigued. At first sniff I'm picking up big caramel with maybe a bit of toffe. Near the end of the inhale I notice a fruity citrus, which brings me in for another long nasal draw. Maybe not citrus but another sweeter scent that seems fruity as well but is possibly yeast esters. Once more and there it is, a wee bit of Coffee. Curiosity gets the better of me and into the sip I go. And now for something completely different... big boozy sweet caramel, coffee, dried fruit, clove, coriander, possibly some banana, (gosh I like yeast exhaust) and on the fade off that hit of Coffee again. Silky smooth and excellent. More inline whith what I expected rather than smelled. Very tasty. Either the aroma is misleading or I should stop having curries before sampling beer.

Pours a cloudy dark Amber. The spices are very present in the nose and include ginger allspice and nutmeg. The is also a strong caramel malt and mild pumpkin. The pumpkin presents nicely on the first sip followed closely by a solid helping of the spices and mellowing into the slightest roast caramel maltiness. There seems to me to be a spiciness that may be a product of the yeast but hard for me to tell. Quite tasty.

A floral zesty grapefruit and cirtrus aroma with spicy notes. Mild citrus flavour and grapefruit with pine and spicy notes very mild and pleasant. Smooth and delightful.

Very hoppy not bitter. I'm liking this style of zero ibu IPAs. Tropical, mango, floral, citrus, juicy, and delicious.
