Nez discret, couleur orange brûler foncé. Broue généreuse et constante, goût prononcé avec une amertume soutenue.

Literally exploded all over the counter in a volcano of froth. Lost a good quarter of the beer. Described on the bottle as blood orange and papaya but I don't get any of that. Slightly tart, a little pilsner-y and yeasty but not any citrus or vanilla.

Husband, Mr. Kokanee, didn't like it but it's a nice beer. Very yeasty and frothy, it exploded after we opened it so a third of the bottle ended up on the floor. The label says it should have hints of blood orange and papaya, but I got none of that. It's more like a dry white wine mixed with an ale.
