Great guest tap! Just enough graham cracker taste, not over powering

I am sadly under qualified to do this beer justice in a review. My experience with sours is limited and still relatively new. However, I've never let lacking knowledge stop me from dumping words out of my mouth. So.....
Pours mostly clear straw color with a huge aggressive head that fades quickly and no lacing at least not on my glass.
Presents a nice sour wheat, yeast aroma with a hint of apricot.
Tingly bubbly mouth feel, light and bright. TART. Very light apricot resting on the wheat. Crisp. Fades off near the end and leaves a slight yeasty wheat finish.

I dig it. I get aromas of grain, oak, and pine, but fairly mellow flavours of caramel malt with a nice ever so slightly bitter hop finish. Quite crisp and dry. Goes down pretty easy.

A copper coloured Red Ale at 78 IBUs. A great hoppy flavour that hangs around in your palate.

It didn't have that touch of sweetness I was expecting from a milk stout. Slightly bitter end.
