First time in Columbia Missouri trying the beers at Flat Branch Pub and Brewing.
Six out of a flight of six. Deep red, totally clear in color. Sweet malty aroma. Smooth and creamy texture. Nice balance between the malt and the sweetness. Finish continues with a gentle roasted malt.

Fifth beer on a flight of six. Deep brown opaque color. Strong earthy aroma. Dark brown opaque color, very strong malt aroma. Smooth creamy texture from the nitrogen. Intense bittersweet earthy malt, very roasted but not too much. Lasting lightly bitter woodsy finish. Best brew so far.

Fourth beer on a flight of six. On tap at 5.6% instead of 5.3%. This is the Honey Wheat. Very light aroma and flavor. Not as sweet as I would expect from a honey. A little more bitterness than I would like to see on a honey wheat.

Third beer on a flight of six.
Medium yellow color, slightly hazy. Has soft mouthfeel that is light with a little bit of cracker. Some bitterness toward the finish, very dry. 3.3

Second beer on a flight of six. Medium yellow clear color. Citrus aroma. True mango flavor, no other fruits needed. Almost feels like you can taste the pulp. Finish brings forth a small amount of salt. Very low bitterness so I like this IPA.

First beer on a flight of six. On tap at 4.8% instead of 5.5% on their website. Beautiful presentation glasses. Light yellow clear color with effervescence. Smooth creamy texture. Medium flavor of mild cloves. Finish is smooth, a touch of bitterness, and very drinkable.
