Hazy, deep amber cider with sparkling carbonation builds a velvety head that grows two fingers tall. Long retention maintains a beautiful lacing long on the top. Natural juicy Mediterranean apple nectar is the key olfactory input. The sweetness is at a medium level, which gives hints of pear, as well. Interestingly, I receive also a bit of butterscotch. The taste profile is, indeed, sweeter than I first think and what the fragrance anticipates. A nice medley of apple mash, apple juice and pear juice prevails. Moderately acidic. The finish is identical to upfront. And quite short-lived. The mouthfeel is light, sparkling, natural juicy and moderately tart. Tasty.

Omaan makuun sopiva omenasiideri. Puolimakea ja raikas, hieman hapan ja ehkä vähän kellarinenkin.

Miedosti toffeinen tuoksu ja samoin maku. Puolikuiva ja mukavasti makusteltavaa, mutta hieman vetinen loppu. Hyvä markettisiideri, muttei ihan huippuluokkaa ranska-siiderien sarjassa.
