Past post from my trip on July 15th 2021. Thirsty Street Brewing Company in Billings Montana.
Very deep brown color but not opaque. Rich malty aroma. Creamy texture due to the nitrogen. An earthy bittersweet chocolate with undertones of strawberry. Finish has a semi-sweet rustic woody quality that lingers quite a while.
Maybe the best beer I've had on this trip.

Past post from my trip to Montana on July 15th 2021. Thirsty Street Brewing Company.
Deep brown color with a little carbonation. Dark malt aroma. Medium body but still crisp. Deep roasted dry malt. Strong notes of bittersweet cocoa. Coffee becomes mildly present in the finish. Good but nothing special.

Deep orange amber in color. Has a roasted and earthy flavor. Some light notes of sweetness and no bitterness not even in the finish. Mild and very drinkable.

Past posting my trip to Billings Montana on July 15th 2021. First beer on a flight of four, far right side. Thirsty Street Brewing Company.
Dark yellow color, almost clear, which is very unusual for a wheat. Must be highly filtered. Has a combination of citrus and banana balanced with a semi-sweet background. Actually reminds me of an IPA. Very hop forward level of bitterness in the finish. Never would have thought of this as a wheat beer.
