Also fairly pale. Amberish. A subdued scent. Malt and juniper, I guess? The taste is sweet, malty, biscuity and offers banana. Very nice. Lip-glueing, medium-full, soft and smooth.

Lapland sahti. Has always been flavorful. Banana. Traditional. The taste is the same. Smoky. Full. Damn good but probably not #1.

Again, numb scent. Maybe it's the low temperature. The taste is very appealing. Like a year ago. Not #1 but maybe the second or third. The guy bragged that this would be even better than that of last year but I would say that it's pretty much at the same level.

My first Sahti from Lapland 😄 Murky, copper Sahti. The fragrance is classical sweet malty. Banana lingers discreetly in the air. Otherwise, the fragrance is truly mild, probably because this Sahti is ice cold. The tongue loves hefty sweet malt, decent banana, a good amount of sweet biscuit, bun, and a suggestion of clove. The mouthfeel is soft, even velvety, full, smooth and lip-glueing. Surprisingly quaffable. Traditional but not boring. Super! The best one in my opinion!
