A bit darker. Rye flour in the fragrance. Alcoholic. Otherwise flavorful.

The name refers to the fermentation that was completed in one day and in thunderstorm. Sludgy deep brown Sahti. Strong grainy malt and a tad banana constitute the olfactory supply. Abundant sweet grainy malt, fermented banana, fairly strong alcohol and cookie form the gustatory palette. The body is full but not robust. Strong, intense, a tad alcoholic.
