Some bubbly lacing on the surface. Crackery scent. Sweet malty, a bit caramelly, but slightly light though. #3 in the contest.

Basically misty Sahti but with a transparent hue, otherwise light brown-orange. Sweet malt and lots of rye malt punch the nose. Quite grainy. Sweet rye malt takes the lead on the tongue. Hefty fermented banana follows in the immediate proximity. A note of clove can also be detected. Generally speaking, strongly grainy. The mouthfeel is strong, a tad sticky, soft, smooth and balanced for sure.
