(I had missed this one on my list.) 😅 Very good standard Sahti. Sweet fermented banana and juniper. Nothing wrong here.

Rather hazy, light brown Sahti. Fruity scent, though quite restrained. Really lofty sweet banana bangs the taste receptors. Loads of dough and a powerful slam of rye malt season neatly the package. The mouthfeel is full, sticky, sappy and a bit alcoholic. Strong, too, but dangerously gluggable.
