IPA hopped Sahti. A bit darker than most so far. The fragrance gives piney, grassy and grainy notes. The same cocktail on the tongue. Moderately crisp, intense, slightly drying. Interesting but not my favorite.

Fully cloudy, raisin brown. This color seems to be standard here. 😅 The fragrance is absolutely the sweetest this far. I get caramel, oversweet malt, biscuit and a drop of syrup. The tongue loves the sweet flavors of oversweet malt, banana, a bit of caramel and an alcoholic punch. The mouthfeel is strong, slightly alcoholic, sappy and truly full. A master's brew! Almost forgot to document this visually. 😅
