Medium-brown delicacy. The scent is surprisingly shy, a little rye flour only. The gustatory side is attractive with a good amount of banana, sweet bun and apricot. Feels full, soft, smooth and lip-glueing. Pleasant. Best i.m.o. 👍🏻

Trials for the Uusimaa Region Sahti Championship. A special brew of someone's lighter version of Sahti in the meanwhile. Raisin, light brown Sahti with big bubbles. The scent gives rye flour and juniper. The taste offers rye malt, strongly grainy, less juniper than that in the air, slightly sourish. The body is light, faint alcohol in the end. Feels light, dry, moderately drying and faintly tart.

Limpid, light brown. Banana in the air, not particularly generous but reasonable. A pinch of juniper, too. Nice banana on the tastebuds. Juniper gives moderate sharpness. Medium, balanced, easy but palatable.

This Sahti allows light to go through the drink. Raisin-brown with a faint reddish hue. The scent is a bit harsher, juniper is distinct, so is malt. No banana, nor other fruits in the scent. The taste is sweet malt, banana is unforgettable, apricot as well. Nice. The mouthfeel is rather full, sticky again, quite traditional.
