Weak scent, slightly floury this one, too. All the good flavors are there. Nothing to complain about. Not the best Sahti today but in top ten anyway.

Finnish Sahti Championships 2021. We are not participating in the competition itself but offer our brew in the parking area — the so called "trunk sahti" (takakonttisahti). The idea is to park your car in the parking lot, open the trunk and start serving your product. 🍻 Short reviews only, this is a supersocial event. 😅 This Sahti comes from Hämeenkoski. Looks turbid light brown. Strong rye, a bit of yeast and a citrusy twist dominate both the olfactory and gustatory supplies. Fairly strong. The mouthfeel is strong, slightly lip-glueing, medium-full and hazy.
