Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020. Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Reipas vaahto, hedelmäinen ja päällimmäisenä kevyt sitrus, happoa sopivasti, ihan pieni katkero tuonne loppuun, tässä kaikki hyvin tasapainossa, makua voisi kenties olla hiukan enemmän.

Reippaasti vaahtoaa, onhan hedelmäinen ja makea ja …. aika hyvää, Bulgariasta 😳, mosaic ja citra, no nuokin humalat saa pilattua liialla katkerolla, mutta onneksi eivät ole tehneet sitä. Yllättävä olut kerta kaikkiaan, eivätkä nuo prosentillaan lyö läpi yhtään.
