Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020. Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Malgré les degrés et sa puissance …le plus marquant est sa douceur et son onctuosité en bouche. Elle reste suave …sûrement du fait d’une dose de sucre élevée 😜 (c’est validée …après une nouvelle gorgée) mais elle n’en demeure pas moins aromatique avec un côté plutôt herbacé. La note en vue de sa consistance plutôt que de sa saveur…Un débat 😉😊🤨
