Sofia Electric Brewing was started as an idea behind a terminal in 2018 by Simeon Parvanov. After long and somewhat painful process the brewery finally started fermenting beers in the heart of Sofia in June 2020. Joined by head brewer Remy Chaloner, the team tries to create beers that bring satisfaction and create opportunities for our community.

Hedelmäinen, melko keskinkertainen neipa Bulgariasta. Väri on lähes täysin samea, likaisenkeltainen. Tuoksu on makeahko, hedelmäinen. Persikkaa ja kiiviä. Pientä katkeroa löytyy taustalta. Maku on makea, persikkainen ja hiukan hunajainen. Hiilihappoa on melko vähän. Jälkimaku on alkuun katkera mutta makeutuu pian.
