Tolles Bier mitten in Heraklion gebraut und gekauft - versüßt auf jeden Fall den Urlaub. Mal abseits der ganzen anderen als „local“ verkauften (tatsächlich vom Festland kommenden und zu ausländischen Konzernen gehörenden) Biere.

Basically limpid, deep gold beer with a faint haze, however, and slightly introverted carbonation. The emerging head falls short of one finger, bears a pure white tint, and dissipates fast to a hair-thin ring on the surface. Apricot, orange zest and peel, biscuit and malt constitute the olfactory sphere of this beer. Soft and fruity. The taste profile is fruity and not particularly brave. I find apricot, grapefruit, orange peel, a hint of pine resin, biscuit and malt. The body is light to light-medium. The end is citrusy and resinous, and dies fairly fast. The sensation is light-medium, zesty, pithy and moderately resinous. Also faintly dry and drying. Okayish.
