Hei baarimikko, voitko ojentaa jotain punaista ja makeaa? Lasiin kaatuu mummon marjamehun punertava juoma, vaahtoa ei juurikaan. Tuoksu on väriin liittyen loogisesti hyvin marjaisa. Voimakas vadelmaisuus täyttää suun, sellainen esanssinen vanilja lyö vähän liikaa vastapalloon. Mukana myös karhunvattua, hieman kirpeyttä, oikein suuhun sopivaa poreilua, ihan pieni tujaus happamuutta sekä tummaa viinimarjaa. Oikein kiva sour, tätä kehtaa suositella. Aika harvoin sitä brasilialaista poretta lasiin eksyy.

LISBON 🇵🇹🌞🌴🚋🍺 Let's go local! Or that's what I thought when I spotted a Portuguese (language) brewery on the screen. Well, it's not from Portugal, it's from Brazil... And a collaboration with a Finnish brewery. It didn't even cross my mind. Well, whatever. This beer shows a hazy yellow appearance. A creamy head reaches one finger and descends to a small dense ring. The foam paints the glass messy. The nose loves mango, orange, tangerine, peach and strawberry. Yes! Attractive! Oat flakes and biscuit in the maltbill. The gustatory provision follows suit: mango, peach, passionfruit, orange, lemon, a bit of tangerine and very distant strawberry. A creamy undertone rounds the corners beautifully. Biscuit and oat flakes in the basement. Again. The body is full. Nice! Ends with more citruses than upfront but many of the other fruits still hang on there. Maybe a faint dank twist here in the finish, as well. Feels full, juicy, somewhat tropical, medium-pulpy, marginally crisp and a tad drying. Lovely although not local.
