Poured this tall boy into the glass and immediately could smell the vanilla. Very modest cocoa malt in the background. Medium amount of texture. Light and refreshing for an imperial stout. Flavor of American milk chocolate and a raw natural vanilla liqueur. The combination of flavors continues into the finish, with the addition of a faint crisp bitterness. It lingers on the tongue long after the last sip. This is a pretty good beer and I like it a lot.
