Scottish amber ale with a deep copper colour and a medium-to-full body, combining a malty sweetness with fruity notes reminiscent of summer berries and a smooth, slightly sugary character that makes it easy to drink despite its strength; it finishes with a firm, traditional bitterness, giving it a balanced, warming profile that feels like a modern take on a classic Highland ale. Definitely one to return to.

A lively pour, but a terribly middle of the road beverage. Accompanied my viewing of Star Wars EP II rather well
