With my son-in-law at the Craft Beer Cellar in Houston Texas. Owner Steve Labac was an excellent host and enthusiastic about sharing his beer knowledge. Very mild chocolate aroma. Cinnamon and cocoa are the first flavors to hit you. Has some raw hazelnut, very dry toward the middle. Finish is a very bitter hazelnut. I love strong stouts but this isn't one of my favorites.
