Tumman meripihkan värinen olut. Heikosti vaahtoa. Tuoksu on jännän hajuvesimainen. Maku on kevyt, hapokas, hennosti maltainen. Loppumaku on kevyesti kotikaljamainen; päättyen heikkoon humalaisuuteen. Aika vaatimaton...

An excellent beer…caramel, honey…truffle of course…good balance malts and hops… I still love this brewery… I worked in for a year a ‘few’ years ago… great family doing great beers. The only Spanish brewery (not including micros) that is still INDEPENDENT!!!!
