My first Silver Rocket brew and my first beer featuring Styrian Wolf hops. This is a Collab with a tiny Thai restaurant in Brighton, which is odd but fair enough.
Genuinely amber coloured, a lack of head and an almost savory aroma to begin with then light citrus fruit and clear elderflower on the nose.
Light and soft in the mouth with delicate flavours and a slightly stronger tangy finish. It's more refreshing than the Polly's I had before this, but that said it's also disappointing in comparison. To be fair it's a completely different brew. It does have a syrupy mouthfeel whilst not thick and a gentle fizz. The citrus fruit taste increase over time with flavours of peach, lemon zest, orange pulp and a tangy finish.
I may come back an edit this in a bit if my view changes but for now bottom line is..
An unexciting but decent refreshing brew balanced with delicate floral and light citrus.

Not bad for a pale ale

Very nice and easy to drink. A bit light for me but very good as a session IPA
