Muddy, brown beer with red tint and an off-white, silky lace ring that adorns the top for significantly long. The fragrance is simple with hefty sour plum. The tongue experiences strong sour plum and faint cherry, seasoned with a pinch of clove. The body is light-medium. The beer finishes with the same sour plum as upfront as well as a good injection of rowanberry and black cherry. The aftertaste lingers in the mouth over medium duration. The mouthfeel is rather tart but only thinly puckering. It's also funky and somewhat juicy.

Opaque, pitch black beer with a light beige, silky lace ring circling the surface. The olfactory package is nonexistent. The taste profile contains strong roasted rye malt with a coffeeish twist, followed by a bit of dark plum and a boozy tang. The body is light-medium to medium. The beer finishes with a tiny dollop of black coffee, strong roasted malt and some rye flour. The dark plum and the boozy touch still feature on the taste receptors. The duration of the aftertaste is long. The mouthfeel is strong, a tad boozy, roasty and medium-sharp.

Opaque, black beer with a faint, off-white lace ring wafting on top. The scent is faintly coffeeish. The palate continues with black coffee and is sharpened by a decent amount of burned coffee beans. I can also pick a bit of lemon pulp. The body is light-medium. The beer ends with bitter citrus and a distant coffeeish nuance. The finish is short. The mouthfeel is rather tangy, slightly tart and roasty.
