Rich, dark, colour. Aromas of aged whiskey. This beer finishes crisp, with a hint of sweetness. Maple flavours are very, very faint, and not easily apparent.

I was fascinated to try because I like some honey beers. This one has a beautiful honey colour to it and has aromas of sweet clove. The first few sips overpower with the clove flavour that saisons can have. From time to time, the sweetness of the honey will clean up the finish, but for me, the clove was too much.
If youre a saison lover, you may like this.

This Stout has a deep black appearance with aromas of red wine. The strong flavour on this beer switches between red wine, chocolate, coffee and malt with each sip and without consistency.
Lower rating is based on the inconsistency.

Wonderful deep black cherry colour in glass. Beer is bold, but not over powering. Well balanced mouth feel and finishes with pleasant orange notes.
