This was the strongest beer I have ever had in my life. It made my tongue tingle. It was a very strange beer.

4% Wheat Beer / Wheat Ale. Zhujiang Brewery / Pearl River Beer (珠江啤酒集团).

A light Chinese version of a Wheat style beer. Not special or memorable. But it was what they sold on the train from Chengdu to Guangzhou.

No idea how to rate this oriental ale. Brand new place with brand new flavors. Tastes like nothing I’ve had before. Initial flavor is light beer and it turns into something I can’t really describe. Some eastern spice I think? Yet, it makes the Valley of Peace more peaceful with every sip.
