Limpid, amber beer with a tiny-bubbled, off-white head that surpasses two fingers' height. The foamy pillow shrinks gradually to a neat lacing on the surface. The retreating foam paints the glass with a few thick splashes.
The nose receives a farmhousey aroma of horse stable that accompanies the meager pale malt. The taste receptors get an attractive cocktail of moderate earthy hops, medium-strong pale malt and a bit of dried grated lemon peel. The palate is also slightly piney.
The body is light to light-medium. The beer finishes with somewhat bitter citrus pith, mildly piney hops and strong malt. Quite basic. The aftertaste stays on the tongue for a relatively long time.
The mouthfeel is a little crisp, somewhat earthy and slightly mouth-drying.

Muddy, orange beer with a clean white velvety head that exceeds one finger. The foamy cap dissolves soon to a thin lacing on top. The retreating foam leaves several downpouring traces on the glass.
The scent displays slightly stuffy wheat malt and a tad orange zest. The taste portrays the same elements but the wheat is now actually pretty fresh. I also pick a bit of lemon pulp.
The light-bodied beer ends with thin wheat malt that is accompanied by lemon and orange zest. The duration of the aftertaste is quite short.
The mouthfeel is light, refreshing, significantly clean and truly balanced.
