Backlog from June 12th The can was right. A little toast, a little roast perfectly describes the aroma. Taste has the same thing. Toast and roasted malts throughout. The body is medium+ with medium-low carbonation. High 3.75/5

Backlog from April 25th Pineapple, mango, oranges and citrusy hops. The body is full and thick with a smooth mouthfeel and medium-low carbonation. The 10% abv is there, but it's decently well hidden. 4.5/5

I've been trying to get into fruited sours lately, so here's another one. Some are more on the tart side, others are quite sour. Let's see how this goes... Lime and graham crackers in the aroma. Taste has a lot of sourness, followed by lime, graham crackers and lactose. As I continue to sip, I'm getting more used to the sourness. Medium+ body with medium-ish carbonation. I'd prefer it to be tart rather than sour, but I'm glad I tried it. 3.75/5

Citrusy aroma. Taste has oranges primarily with notes of pineapple and grapefruit following. The body is medium+, bordering on medium-full with lower carbonation. Pretty refreshing and would likely be great on a hot day. High 4/5

Strong citrusy/tropical aroma. Taste has citrusy hops, oranges, pineapple and grapefruit. The flavor explosion isn't as intense as the aroma indicated, but there a lot of flavor. Medium amount of lingering bitterness that fades quickly. Smooth. 4.25/5

Citrusy and slightly piney aroma. Taste has a sweet citrusy flavor. Citrusy hops along with some spicy hops, oranges and pineapple. Minor amount of lingering bitterness in the aftertaste for a short while. Medium body, medium carbonation. 3.75/5

Backlog from January 23rd Taste has bourbon, maple syrup and coffee. Oak comes through in the finish. Super solid stout. 4.5/5

Tangerine and vanilla in the aroma. Taste has tangerine and vanilla, just like the aroma, but with the lactose following. This sour isn't very sour; it's more tart and quite refreshing. 4/5 Side note: I've been very vocal about my dislike of sour ales, but this might be the one to encourage me to explore the style more. I didn't expect to hate this, but didn't expect to like it this much
