Gialla torbida, schiuma alta e compatta. Sentori tropicali, gusto fresco ed esotico, amaro quel che basta. Carbonazione un po' troppo presente.

Colore ambrato scurissimo, poca schiuma. Al naso ricorda il cacao, in bocca è morbida, bassa carbonazione, al palato ricorda il cioccolato amaro e la ciliegia sotto spirito. Piacevole.

Ambrata torbida, schiuma modesta, ma persistente. Aroma resinoso, al palato domina l'intensa luppolatura, con un gusto spiccatamente amaro che dura a lungo.

Gusto mieloso, ma ben presto emerge la luppolatura, che riesce a mantenersi in sottofondo senza prevalere.

Craftbier (fast) direkt vom Gardasee. Das Örtchen Affi ist kaum 5 km Luftlinie von Bardolino entfernt. Direkt neben der Brauerei befindet sich ein Brewpub. Dort können die sieben Craftbiere probiert werden. Das India Pale Ale gibt es aber z. B: auch in ausgesuchten Bars in Bardolino. Versprochen wird eine Nase nach Holunderblüte, Zitronengras und Blutorange. In meine gelangen süßliche Fruchtaromen Richtung Orange und Mandarine. Das passt in etwa. Leider kann das IPA auf dem weiteren Wege kaum überzeugen: Die versprochenen Litschi- und Grapefruchtnoten sind wohl nebulös erkennbar, zeigen sich aber sehr verwaschen. Dafür setzt schnell eine recht dumpfe Herbe ein (60 IBU). Immerhin nett, dass das IPA recht lange herb nachhallt. Ich finde das IPA sehr enttäuschend.

Bière blonde, belle mousse dense avec bonne tenue et houblons présents. Au nez, on sent bien les notes maltées, florales et herbacées. En bouche, la bière est très rafraîchissante. L’amertume est moyenne, l’acidité moindre, l’alcool de léger à moyen. Les notes maltées sont présentes. Les notes florales apportent de la fraîcheur et les notes herbacées de l’amertume. Sentiment final, un grand classique de la bière blonde artisanale sans fausse note, une très bonne bière.
