This one gets confused with another beer of the same name. This one is the Basque beer. I really like this one compared to a more creamy version I reviewed elsewhere on this platform that had too many “frenchy”-style malty, salty flavours. This one is a lot better on the International circuit. Citrusy with a clear bitterness and effervescence. Less creamy than others in the same range and overall a nice IPA. Keep doing this not that!

Clear golden colour and again a Portpatrick brewery ale with zero head retention. Aroma is slightly floral and spicy. Taste is a little underwhelming, there are subtle citrus tones and a bit of sweet malt with a dry bitter finish.

Copper brown in colour, zero head retention. Aroma is predominantly malty. Has a caramel malty flavour with a light bitter finish.
