A small glass at the cidery's popup kiosk. Clear, deep gold cider with a white, velvety lace ring on top. The fragrance puts forward hefty, medium-sour apple nectar that is accompanied by a small dollop of sparkling wine. The taste follows the suit with medium-sour apple juice, a punch of white wine and some farmhousey yeast. Alcohol is, interestingly, nowhere to be felt. The yeasty component intensifies itself in the finish. The aftertaste serves, additionally, vinous fermented apple juice and lasts long in the mouth. The mouthfeel is somewhat tart, extremely natural, relatively earthy and gardeny. It's also dry and somewhat acidic.
