Over 200 years of history - founded in 1807, our brewery is built on a rich family history. More than two centuries later, we continue refining our recipes and delighting drinkers. Thwaites Brewery is an innovative micro-brewery; brewing distinctive, individual beers and trialling new recipes created by our expert brewers. Our brewers share an impeccable taste in beer. Every week they mash hops, barley and brewing liquor for hundreds of handpumps in some of England's most popular pubs. We have relocated to a purpose-built brewery, with everything to make the perfect beer. The brewery sits alongside the new head office, visitors centre, and swish new stables for our beloved shire horses, in the Ribble Valley.
