Noix plutôt discrètes, mais chocolat bien présent, un stout bien gourmand qui réchauffe et réconforte !

Full blown west coast / american hops , citrus , wet pine , slight toffee malt in the aroma. Bitterness there fromom the start , a big smack of not quite hop burn but on the fringes of hits the palate. Pleasant lingering bitterness , with tropical , christmas sundrie fruits , i cant pull any bad flavours. A good quality Westie DIPA.

Pours a chestnut brown with a fairly large head. To the nose it's heavy notes of malt and honey coming through Slightly thinner mouthfeel than I was hoping for Tastes of malted milk biscuits and caramel fairly boozy :) quite a nice drink.
