It pours black with a light cream coloured head. Aroma is smoky with roasted malts. Flavour is full of roasted malts with only a subtle hint of the rum. It's a smooth, good tasting beer.

It pours clear gold in colour with a frothy white head. Aroma is malty. Flavour is malty with a slight sweetness, leading to a subtle bitter finish.

I'm at the Mid Glamorgan CAMRA monthly meeting in The Butchers Arms Bunkhouse & Brewpub in Pontsticill. It's great to be tasting Crafty Dragon beers for the first time. This pours a slightly hazy gold colour with a white head. Aroma is fruity. Flavour is also fruity, slightly grassy, with a slightly bitter finish.
