Lucid, faintly straw green cider with almost nonexistent head. The fragrance puts forward medium-sour apple nectar and a distant perfumy aroma. The tongue receives sour apple juice which, however, is kept up by a rather thin body. The cider finishes soon with the same gustatory supply as upfront. The mouthfeel is light, a bit thin, rather flat, natural and gardeny.
